This Educandi session focuses entirely on the forecasting of wind power and the different areas involved in producing a high quality wind forecast. We will deep dive into several different topics, all with the focus of improving the wind power forecasting.

Examples of topics covered:

- How to choose the best weather providers for your wind power forecasting. General theory as well as best practice cases obtained from experience

- Processing historical data. We take a deeper look into why and how we pre-process indata in order to improve the quality of wind forecasts

- Model theory related to wind forecasting. Which models work best for forecasting of wind power, and why

- Automatic integration of management platforms such as Greenbyte/Breeze and Basefield
